Founded with the mission of empowering existing restaurants and commercial kitchens to survive and thrive in the new take away economy, Nextbite partners with outstanding operators to bring multiple virtual restaurant brands to life; including CraveBurger, Firebelly Wings, Ghost Grille, Grilled Cheese Society, Monster Mac, Mother Clucker, Outlaw Burger, The Big Melt, The Wing Dynasty, and Wild Wild Wings.
Geoff began his career in the restaurant industry working for Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc. where he held several roles, including Finance, Development, and Head of Real Estate. In his time at Rock Bottom, he discovered a passion for pairing culinary creativity with technology to deliver sustainable results.
