We are passionate about providing high-quality food and high-quality service, and we bring both to the people of San Diego. 

Monster Mac operates out of a cloud kitchen, meaning we don’t have a physical dining room. Customers can enjoy Monster Mac from the comfort of their own home with our delivery-only service. Cloud kitchens are an exciting, innovative new restaurant concept, and the global cloud kitchen market is currently valued at over $40 billion dollars. We believe that our model is the future, and we’re so excited that it allows us to bring you high-quality meals both quickly and efficiently.

Our Menu

Our menu is our crowning glory. We provide delicious, elevated mac and cheese creations that will satisfy even the most monstrous appetites. We take inspiration from cuisines around the world and incorporate unique, fresh ingredients into mac and cheese classics. 

If it’s your first time dining with us, we recommend trying one of our signature mac and cheeses. For those who like to keep things simple, we offer the Classic Mac, which is a traditional mac and cheese. This creamy, comforting dish will remind you of childhood and make you feel right at home. 

If you’re a fan of seafood mac and cheese, the Cajun Mac will be your go-to. The Cajun Mac is a gouda mac and cheese, served with Cajun crab, truffle oil, shredded parmesan, and gouda. Taking inspiration from Cajun cuisine, this mac brings the creaminess and the spice, both of which are complemented by the luxurious truffle oil. 

If you want the truffle oil to be the star of the show, try our Truffle Mac, a gouda mac and cheese with truffle oil, grilled portobello mushrooms, and shredded parmesan. Truffle is a sumptuous flavor that provides balance to the velvety cheese sauce and is perfectly complemented by the portobello mushrooms that are cooked to perfection. The Truffle Mac tastes like a million bucks, and you’ll feel like you’re dining in a five-star restaurant, right from home.

Another customer favorite is the Loaded Beast, a traditional mac & cheese with bacon, green onions, crème fraîche, fried shallots, and roasted garlic chips. Our Street Mac brings the fresh, bright flavors of Tex-Mex cuisine to a gooey mac and cheese. The Street Mac is a traditional mac and cheese paired with Mexican street corn, queso fresco, roasted peppers, and cilantro. Southern California is known for offering authentic Mexican food, and this dish is no exception. Street Mac is the best part of a taco and a bowl of mac and cheese combined into one delectable, flavor-packed meal. 

The Buffalo Mac, a traditional mac & cheese with spicy buffalo chicken breast, blue cheese crumbles & green onions, is a wing lover’s dream. This dish takes two game-day favorites, buffalo wings and mac and cheese, and merges them into a tasty and hearty meal. The spicy buffalo sauce is mellowed by the smooth cheese sauce, and the blue cheese provides the perfect tang to awaken your taste buds.

Providing exactly what our customers want is so important to us, which is why we have an add-ons menu to make sure your mac and cheese is customized to perfection. You can add blue cheese, bacon, spicy buffalo chicken, roasted peppers, or grilled portobello mushrooms to any dish.

For on-the-go eaters, we recommend the Monster Mac Bites. These are fried balls of gooey mac and cheese, perfect for hand-held dining and dipping. We have Classic Mac Bites and Buffalo Mac and Hot Cheetos Mac Bites, both of which are served with Monster Sauce for dipping.

Why We Love San Diego

San Diego is a gorgeous city, and we’re so happy to be able to call this place home. There are so many things we love about San Diego, from the food to the beaches to the people. When we choose locations to open up our restaurants, we make sure that we’re selecting a place with a strong sense of community and access to amazing ingredients, and San Diego has both of those things in spades. 

San Diego’s beautiful temperate climate allows farmers to grow delicious, fresh ingredients all year round. San Diego is famous for oranges, limes, lemons, avocados, pomegranates, and more. Did you know that 40% of all of California’s avocados come from San Diego county and that San Diego is the largest avocado production area in the United States? Having sprawling farms right in our backyard allows us access to the freshest produce California has to offer.

San Diego’s pristine beaches offer access to some of the most amazing seafood in the United States. When visitors come to San Diego, they’re always impressed by our fresh fish tacos, crab legs, and of course, seafood mac and cheese. We wanted to pay homage to San Diego’s amazing seafood with our Cajun Mac, which had huge chunks of fresh, Cajun crab meat. 

While we love the fresh produce, seafood, and amazing cuisine that San Diego offers, our favorite thing about this place is the people. Our calling is serving communities and we are so proud to bring our restaurant to the wonderful people who call San Diego home. 

Why We Love Mac and Cheese

When developing our restaurant concept, we knew we wanted to build our menu around a beloved comfort food, one that was versatile enough to customize and elevate with fresh, exciting ingredients. Mac and cheese is the perfect fit because it’s something everybody knows and loves, but at its core is pretty simple. Mac and cheese is the perfect blank canvas for us to paint with bold flavor. 

Mac and cheese has been around in the United States since the very beginning. Traditional mac and cheese is the ideal American food: comforting, filling, and fairly cheap to package and produce. 

As time went on, people began to experiment with the standard mac and cheese recipe, blending different cheeses together, baking it with breadcrumbs on top, and making additions such as bacon, seafood, and even fresh vegetables. People love taste-testing the different variations and there are even entire competitions devoted to finding the best mac and cheese recipes in the country!
